100k Re-Starter Home for the Elderly

As the babyboomers are coming to the age of retirement, there is a new reality for them.  Part of this reality is Downsizing, changing their current living habits to accommodate a new lifestyle.  My proposal is this: An aesthetically pleasing home that costs less, and is easy for them to live in – whether at a young age of 65 or as young as 85.
